How do I build my own complete set of I've Been Flipped cards?  It's simple: Just place a minimum of any 36 cards into your cart for checkout. Next, you will go under the title "Fabric Storage Bags" and choose a bag to house your cards. The only thing left to do now is to complete your checkout order and to wait for your handpicked cards to come happily Flipping through the mail.

What is a complete set of cards anyway? A complete set of cards is 36 cards or more. If you order 50 cards this is a complete set. If you order 37 cards this is a complete set. And if you order 99 cards this is also considered a complete set of cards.

Why do I have to order 36 cards? Can I order more than that? Of course...you can order as many over 36 cards as you like. To keep our prices manageable for our hardworking teachers, we only allow full complete sets of cards to be purchased.   

Do you ship outside the US? We do, we also ship to our neighbors in Canada.

What about PO boxes and Military addresses...you ship there too?  We ship to PO boxes. We do not ship to military addresses at this time.

What are your shipping rates like?  We utilize a "3 Shipping" model approach. For USA(50 contiguous states) shipping is $3.00 per order.  And for Canada 3x2 to total $6.00 per order. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands shipping fee is 3x2 to total $6.00 per order.

Where will my items ship from and how long will it take?  Your items will ship from our warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.  Shipping times in US(50 states) averages between 3-5 business days. Canada shipping times average between 4-7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands shipping times average 4-9 business days. These shipping times are averages and are not absolute or guaranteed.

Do you guys offer returns?  Sure we do. All Authorized returns will be granted within 14 days of receiving your items. All items must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returned orders.

So what is an "Authorized" return anyway? So glad you asked 😀 An Authorized Return is when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, and inform us that you wish to make a return. We will then give you a code to place on the outside of your return package. It's as simple as that!

What if something is wrong with my order?  There are only 4 words appropriate for this response, "WE WILL FIX IT." However, we can't fix what we don't know. Reach out to us, we aim to please.
